I'm way late getting to this. I was going to ask about Gregaros representing Brent, but I saw that you addressed this in your footnotes. I'll be honest, I always thought he was one of those attorneys who was a publicity hound, and sought out high profile cases (like Gloria Allred). Admittedly, I'm basing that purely on speculation on my part...

Apparently, Geragos is still helping Brent with his hopeless appeals (hopeless because Judge Burns is never going to back down or spare one of his three brain cells on actually addressing any of the points raised in Brent's appeals). As for being a publicity hound, he does represent his fair share of the rich and shameless, so that kind of comes with the territory.

Ah, I didn't realize Geragos was still involved. I thought he had dumped Brent as a client, and that's why Brent had to get that federal public defender lady, Charlene something? Its a shame he can't appeal to a different court...
