StackOverflow.com is getting a lot of buzz lately as a good resource/forum for coding questions. It's new, but it doesn't seem to suck as hard as most online forums.

I usually just search for syntax references for specific languages. I get Delphi mixed up with PHP mixed up with PLSQL misxed up with Coldfusion mixed up with Javascript. I'm antisocial, so I don't do well on forums.
You know how it is.

People are scary, and best dealt with over IM or e-mail.
Particularly if they're in the cube next to you.

No argument there. They wouldn't have anything useful to add anyway.
